Apple Master BD is an Apple Device Repair Service Provider and these are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of subdomains of the Apple Master BD website, websites, mobile apps, services and accessories. To use the service, you must agree to our General Terms of Use. Do not use our services or products if you do not comply with our Terms of Service. We may change our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy without notice. This document explains how a contract is formed and lists some of the terms of that contract.
1. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the account you use to take our services.
2. You also agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1. Some data on the website may be erroneously incorrect. Although we strive to provide accurate data, there may be slight inaccuracies in the data.

You may not modify, delete, remove, enhance, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transmission or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit the Content, in whole or in part. You may make copies of selected portions of the Content, except where specific restrictions are indicated. However, that copies are made for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only and do not alter or modify the Content in any way. All information contained in content protection notices, including copyright notices, trademark legends, and other proprietary notices.
We are not responsible for any payment made due to your negligence or incorrect information. Also, no refunds will be given for this. Before completing any action, you can request support through various contact channels.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account by you or anyone who uses your account (including your children, family members, or friends). You must notify us of any billing issues or discrepancies within three (3) days after they first appear on your statement received from your bank or payment processor. If payment problems are not notified within his 3 days. we can’t help you.
In the event of order cancellation, payment must be made by bank transfer or mobile banking or cash within 14 business days. Payment gateway fees will be deducted from this original amount. Gateway fees may vary depending on payment method.
Terms and conditions applicable to battery and display purchases:
When purchasing a display/battery for the first time, you should run a diagnostic check on your device or verify the actual problem with your device. After that, it is possible to repair or purchase accessories. Also, if you would like to insure your product first, please read our warranty policy. You will then need to bring the display/battery along with your device to our service center or send it by courier at your expense and responsibility.
Warranty:
Warranty is provided for some of our products. Before claiming under warranty, you should read the warranty policy to make sure your product is covered under warranty. We will provide a warranty where applicable. You must visit our store to receive your warranty.
1. A valid proof of purchase is required, including the same packaging as the original product.
2. Products must be in stock before receiving warranty.
3. If the product requires service, time must be allocated for service work. Service time varies depending on the product. It may take a few days to two weeks.
4. We will try our best to provide the warranty as soon as possible. However, in some scenarios it may take up to 30 days for the warranty to be granted.
5. The product has no physical damage or breakage.
6. No warranty against accidental damage such as scratches, dirt or dents.
7. Any modification or repair of the product by anyone other than ApplemasterBD will void the warranty immediately.
8. Warranty will not be honored if damage is caused by improper handling.
Entire data such as photos, messages and contacts can be lost from the device during repair. We are not responsible for data loss of any kind if you agree to the terms of use and in any event data loss. You must proceed at your own risk before attempting any repairs.
We will do our best to repair your apple device, but sometimes things can get worse accidentally. We are not responsible for this kind of uncertainties.

We only collect information when someone orders, registers or repairs a device. The purpose of collecting information is to provide a better user experience. We do not store any sensitive data such as credit card numbers, ID cards, passports, driver’s licenses, etc. We use a password less login system, so we don’t even store user passwords.
